come together paw-fectly.”

Test
I conducted research studies at two points in my process to determine any pain points regarding the user journey and to determine any modifications that would need to be made to my target audience group.
The research confirmed that the user group is in fact a wide range, from single men and women of all ranges to families looking for pets. It also provided useful feedback on the user flow.

Unmoderated usability study
Location:
United States, remote
Participants:
5 participants
Length:
10-20 minutes
Findings
Create more pathways to go in between the pages of the pet profiles
Donation page requires more context and copy
Header tabs has misleading pathways that need to be re-prototyped
Streamline copy on profile pages to make for faster comprehension
Takeaways & Next Steps
To continue to push myself further in terms of visual design. I can be very creative with use of UI elements to make the user experience more enjoyable.
Refine the search function in the Adopt page to filter dogs based on gender, size and age.
The credit card payment screen is rudimentary in its set up and I would like to create more interactions for this section.
